The Hair and Barber Council is calling for the Government to introduce mandatory regulation of hairdressers and barbers, to help the sector emerge from the coronavirus pandemic.
This new legislation is proposing that all barbers are to be qualified and become ‘State Registered’ to ensure safe working practices within the industry.
